These precast stairs were in very poor condition and took a lot of work prep filling to get the Concrete surface smooth in prep for the finish coatings.

Once all the concrete Repairs were complete and sanded to a smooth finish, we installed the Bull noses to the front of each step. After the install we applied a 5mm Quartz Epoxy resin to the step to level the surface from the bull nose to the back of the next riser.

To finalize the project the risers were painted using an epoxy coating to complement the quartz finish on each step.

I would like to thanks the Team after working with a very surface and ending up with a first class finish. Our Client was over the moon as we past expectation on what we were given to what we handed back.
