Hotel Restoration and Maintenance

The 5 Star Anantara Marker Hotel Dublin City Centre.

The Nolans Group have just finish this prestigious hotel Restoration and Maintenance of the hotel Façades.

Firstly the Tech-Crete panels were all treated to remove Biofilm and pollution build up over the last 7 years.

The Panels were then restored for crack repairs and damage.

Finally all the panels were Sealed with our unique product that last up to 10yrs recoat System.

Between working with the supportive Marker hotel Team to carry these works out over the 10 week Program and working around their live events at the hotel to cause the least amount of disruption. Then bringing in the correct hoists to cover all Facades and Delivery ramps, then managing the pedestrians and motor traffic on the Daily Bases, we Completed the project on time and without incident.
