External Projects:
Preparation is key when undertaking external facade painting & decorating projects as the new finish is only as good as the foundation it is going on to. We specialise in algae treatments that remove 100% of algae spours. If surface algae is not removed algae will grow under the newly painted surface causing it to blister & crack. Removing loose paint by scraper is not sufficient preparation as would be the norm with most painting contractors and as such we are often called upon to carry out painting preparation works to external projects.
We are certified & insured to cater for small & large scale painting projects on high rise apartment blocks/buildings and carry out painting projects on all facade types including metal & woodwork using the highest quality paints & varnishes.
Internal Projects:
We also cater for internal domestic painting projects to larger scale common areas in apartment blocks. We use the higest quality paints & varnishes to give your property the best finish possible.
Painting & Decorating Projects:
- HWBC – Harbour View Apartments, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin
- This was a large extensive painting project covering 10 internal common areas to be fully painted and external facades to be cleaned & recoated by a cherry picker.
- Jam Media – Jam Media, Kevin Street, Dublin 2
- This project was an internal one covering walls & woodwork for recoating.
- Wyse Property Management – Coliemore Apartments, Dalkey, Dublin
- Here we were involved in a large internal painting project to all common areas of this prestigious development. Externally, we were involved in the preparation & 2 pack painting of cast iron railings.
- Qualitas PM – Stoneybatter Apartments Dublin 1
- On this project, we were involved in the preparation & recoating of all wooden windows & doors throughout the development.
- Mexican Embassy Dublin 4 – Embassy
- This project involved exterior coating to the buildings & boundary walls.
- Wyse Property Management – Whately Place Stillorgan
- On this project, we were involved in a large mixed development of apartments & houses for the preparation & recoating of all exterior facades. It was completed before the agreed time due to their large staff levels, we were able to deploy to this project.
