Property Managers

We also cater for property management companies and can manage any developments/apartment blocks you look after. We can set up a contract with you that will include following;

• 8 pre-scheduled service inspections per annum, each with a detailed report
• Tamper-resistant monitors
• Location sheet or Computer enhanced site map (Supplied by client) of all number monitors enter by The Nolans Group
• 24-hour response to emergency calls
