The Nolans Group have proudly completed the Restoration of this period Home in Dunlaoighaire. A number of our specialist services were used here to leave the property restored for the next Generation.

First of all the multi layers of old paint from over a 150years were removed bring us back to the original Lime plaster finish. Then a number of lime plaster repairs were needed to prep the façade for the new coatings. We used a Breathable painting system as the original façade was lime plaster to  leave the Building Restored with good practises.
